Shipping policy

Design by Eduardo Hernandez-Robles Studio, is committed on processing and shipping your order in a prompt and secure manner.  Accurate estimated times will be provided with your order confirmation. 

Original art pieces and reproductions available on studio inventory will normally be carefully packed and shipped in 2-3 business days.  

All other special orders processed by third party consultants will take no longer than 7-14 business days.

Direct communication from our Studio will be shared with you, to keep you informed on your order status of process, as well as to provide you with tracking number information for your references.
