Refund policy

Design by Eduardo Hernandez-Robles Studio is committed on provide you with the best ordering process experience, helping you receive your order in a prompt manner, and excellent shipping conditions, for your enjoyment.

Items to be mailed will be individually checked, documented and carefully packed to maintain art pieces premium quality and safe travels to their new home!  

In the case of a reproduction arriving damaged, if you have received the wrong size or reproduction and/or you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return order back to Design by Eduardo Hernandez-Robles Studio within 30 days of placing the order, for an exchange or refund (minus the shipping cost).

We are sorry, unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges on customized, personalized, or made to order items. 

To submit your order for a return, and for any other questions, please contact us immediately upon reception at ehernandez@designbyeduardohr.com for the Studio to correct the issue.  Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Design by Eduardo Hernandez-Robles Studio 911 Windlass Court, Kissimmee, Florida 34746.
